100 % Bespoke AI Solutions

GenerIA products and solutions are built around your organization, not around the limitations of an ordinary AI service. They draw on the private and public data you select and are tailored to your industry, terminology, users, applications and workflows.

From domain-specific models and knowledge bases to connectors, agents, interfaces and dashboards, every layer can be configured to serve your actual use cases. Continuous data lifecycle management keeps your AI accurate, relevant and aligned with your organization as it evolves.

The result is an AI that understands your business, integrates into the way you already work and turns your unique data and expertise into lasting operational value.

Your data, your language, your business

Ordinary AI systems are designed to know a little about everything. GenerIA AI solutions are designed to know what matters to your organization.

Your choice of data - Each GenerIA AI solution can draw on the private and public sources you select: internal documents, databases, business applications, APIs, websites, structured repositories or continuously updated data feeds. You may also add an optional discovery agent that continuously scans the web to identify and suggest additional sources relevant to your domain and use cases. Either way, your organization retains control over which sources are considered authoritative, who may access them and how they are used.

Your business semantics - Acronyms, professional terminology, product names, taxonomies, document structures and internal rules often carry meanings that a general-purpose model cannot infer reliably. GenerIA AI solutions are configured to understand these specific vocabularies and use them consistently across retrieval, reasoning and generation.

Your use cases - Our systems are not based on abstract industry profiles. Their models, knowledge sources, workflows, interfaces and output formats are designed around the concrete tasks your users need to perform.

Designed to become part of your organization

A bespoke AI should not remain an isolated chatbot. It should become a useful component of the applications and processes through which your organization already operates.

Integrated into your applications - GenerIA AIs can be exposed through conversational interfaces, APIs, machine-to-machine services, business applications or chains of specialized AI agents. Connectors can also be added for proprietary data sources and functional systems.

Adapted to your users - Interfaces, features, terminology, permissions and interaction patterns can be adapted to different audiences. Employees, experts, customers, citizens or partners do not necessarily need the same information, level of detail or user experience.

Governed self-improvement - With your authorization, explicit user evaluations, corrections and preferences between alternative responses can be converted into governed learning datasets. These signals can improve retrieval, prompting and application behavior and, where appropriate, refine the models themselves through techniques such as Direct Preference Optimization (DPO) or Identity Preference Optimization (IPO). GenerIA AIs can therefore learn from their users and improve over time without indiscriminately training on every interaction or weakening data governance.

More than customization

Changing colors and adding documents to a generic model is not bespoke AI. True specialization extends throughout the system: data governance, knowledge representation, model selection, retrieval, prompts, business rules, evaluation criteria, user experience, integrations and deployment architecture.

This end-to-end approach creates systems that are more accurate in their domain, easier to adopt and more durable than generic AI services wrapped in a customized interface.

How do we do it?

Data source discovery and contracts - The first step consists of identifying the relevant databases, document repositories, APIs, file stores and data feeds. For every source, its authority, schema, update frequency, access rules, quality requirements and expected lifecycle are defined. Changes or violations can then trigger controlled alerts and remediation processes.

Ingestion and normalization pipelines - Heterogeneous content such as documents, messages, tables, structured records and application data is extracted and converted into representations suitable for unified retrieval and model processing. Metadata preserves context such as origin, ownership, dates, document type, permissions and version.

Domain knowledge modeling - The source material is organized according to the concepts and relationships that matter to the use case. Retrieval indexes, metadata structures, terminology dictionaries and, where relevant, knowledge graphs help the system understand and interpret requests according to your organization's actual semantics.

Use-case-specific orchestration - We select the appropriate combination of retrieval, reranking, deterministic business logic, generative models and specialized agents for each task. Not every problem needs the largest possible model, or even a generative model at every stage.

Data Lifecycle Management - Sources and derived datasets are versioned and traceable. Freshness, schema changes and data drift can be monitored; affected indexes or model components can be selectively refreshed; obsolete sources can be retired without losing the historical lineage required for auditing.

Evaluation and controlled learning loops - Technical tests, domain-specific evaluation sets, production telemetry and explicit user feedback provide complementary measures of system quality. Corrections and comparisons between alternative responses can be transformed into versioned preference datasets (for example, pairs of accepted and rejected outputs) then validated before being used for fine-tuning. Every improvement remains measurable, attributable and reversible, with no uncontrolled online retraining from raw conversations as may be the case with many other solutions.
