Definitions

"GenerIA", "we" or "us" refers to GenerIA Inc, the owner of this website, whose head office is located at 1250 Avenue de la Station, Shawinigan, Quebec, G9N 8K9, Canada.

"GenerIA websites" refers to all websites operated by GenerIA.

"You" refers to the user of GenerIA websites.

"PRP Law" refers to the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector as amended by the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (a.k.a. " Law 25 ").

GenerIA is not responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Your requests for correction will be answered within thirty (30) days of receipt. If we are unable to respond within this time, we will notify you.
